Anna Moscioni represents private equity funds and investors in leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, exits, private equity fund formation, and venture capital investments. In the past few years, her practice has focused on the formation of private investment funds and internal documentation and arrangements for the fund sponsor.

The private equity funds with which Anna has worked include Blue Point Capital Partners, The Cortec Group, Cuyahoga Capital Partners, Goode Partners, Kirtland Capital Partners, Morgenthaler Partners, Primus Capital Partners, Resilience Capital Partners, The Riverside Company, and Trinity Hunt Partners.

Anna is a member of Women In Transactions, a networking group for women doing transactional work in the Cleveland area. She also is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG).
