Our experienced founding attorney, Judith A. Morse, works with clients in matters of family law, divorce and custody, bringing over twenty years of courtroom and negotiation experience to work for you. Judith A. Morse attended Mesa High School before attending Smith College in Northampton, Massachusetts, receiving her B.A. in Psychology in 1980. She returned to Phoenix, Arizona to work as an Adult Probation Officer for the Maricopa County Probation Department. After three years, she enrolled in the University of Notre Dame Law School where she served as an editor of the Notre Dame Law Review and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1986.

In 1986, Judith A. Morse joined Gallagher & Kennedy, P.A.  Judith A. Morse represented clients involved in civil litigation matters, including highway design, insurance defense, insurance coverage, Indian Gaming, and general civil litigation.  Ms. Morse became a partner with the law firm of Gallagher & Kennedy, P.A. in 1991.  She continued practicing there until 1996 when she left to open her own firm, Judith A. Morse, P.C.

The law firm of Judith A. Morse, P.C. focuses on family law matters, including collaborative divorce, paternity, custody, child support, prenuptial agreements, dependency, guardianships, conservatorships, and adoption.  Judith A. Judith A. Morse is admitted to practice in Arizona and the 9th Circuit. Ms. Morse has appeared before Superior Court Judges in the following counties in Arizona:  Maricopa, Coconino, Yavapai County, Pinal County and Pima County.  She has appeared before the Arizona Court of Appeals and the Arizona Supreme Court. Judith A. Morse is a member of the Maricopa County Bar Association, the Arizona Women's Lawyer Association and the State Bar of Arizona.  She has an AV rating by Martindale Hubbell.
