David Morse is a senior staff attorney in the Litigation/Controversy Department. He joined the firm in 2006.

Practice

Mr. Morse has experience with complex litigation, both as a contract attorney handling all aspects of the discovery process on numerous matters, and as a litigator responsible for cases primarily in the insurance defense and municipal liability/civil rights areas.

From 2004-2006, Mr. Morse was a contract attorney working on a variety of projects in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, principally employed by WilmerHale. Previously, he was a litigation associate with Devine, Millimet and Branch, PA.
