Murphy, Brendan

Jolyn J. Moses. Ms. Moses is a graduate of Drake University (B.S.B.A 1996) and the University of Denver (J.D./M.B.A. 2000), where she was a member of the Denver University Law Review.  Ms. Moses joined the firm as an associate in 2000.  Her practice consists of general corporate and business law, with particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, equity financings, debt financings and trademark and employment issues.
