Glenn D. Moses is a shareholder in the firm, and specializes in the areas of complex bankruptcy and insolvency matters, business reorganization, creditors' rights and commercial litigation. He routinely represents chapter 11 debtors-in-possession, creditors' committees, restructuring and liquidating trustees, secured and unsecured creditors, equity interest holders, DIP lenders and purchasers of businesses and assets from bankruptcy estates. Mr. Moses has substantial experience in litigating a wide variety of bankruptcy related claims at both the trial and appellate levels, including fraud and avoidance litigation. Mr. Moses also has significant experience in the representation of franchisors in numerous franchisee bankruptcies throughout the country as well as in the representation of entities in the real estate, aviation, service and retail sectors.
Mr. Moses holds an AV® Preeminent peer review rating from Martindale-Hubbell, its highest rating for ethics and legal ability. Mr. Moses has been named a Super Lawyer by Florida Super Lawyer magazine, honored as one of South Florida’s Top Lawyers by the South Florida Legal Guide, and as one of Florida’s “Legal Elite” by Florida Trend magazine. In addition, he has lectured for the American Bar Association, Forum on Franchising.
Mr. Moses is a member of the Florida and New Jersey Bars and is admitted to practice before the United States Courts of Appeals for the Eleventh and Third Circuits, the United States District Courts for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida, the State of New Jersey and the New Jersey Supreme Court. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Boston University School of Law in 1992, where he was the recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award for Trial Advocacy. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology, with honors, from the University of Massachusetts in 1989 where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
