Murdock-Meggers, Robin S.

Kevin focuses on counseling and representing a wide range of businesses and individuals with both their commercial transaction and litigation needs. He is licensed to practice in all of the State and Federal Courts in Indiana, Illinois, and Michigan and has extensive experience litigating a variety of matters in each. Kevin specializes in working with national and state commercial lenders on all aspects of SBA lending and has practical knowledge of the complex issues presented by SBA transactions. He has further represented institutional clients on an assortment of creditors' rights issues in each of the states in which he is licensed, specifically concentrating on enforcing his clients' rights through the commercial foreclosure process. Kevin uses his experience in commercial lending to advise small businesses and their owners and assist them in confronting challenges brought on by the changing economic landscape.

Kevin also has experience litigating a multitude of other issues, including domestic matters, business and shareholder disputes, trucking accidents, and title insurance claims. He is a graduate of the rigorous National Institute of Trial Advocacy Program at Georgetown Law Center. Kevin believes that his trial experience helps him advise his clients at all stages of litigation and often allows him to resolve matters favorably on behalf of his clients before they incur substantial litigation expense.
