Richard J. Mosback, Jr. concentrates his practice in complex litigation, including the representation of architects, engineers, and other professionals in a wide variety of matters in both state and federal courts. Mr. Mosback also has extensive experience in handling matters involving catastrophic injuries, and products liability cases.
Mr. Mosback graduated from Boston College in 2003, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. In 2007, he received his law degree from the Villanova University School of Law. While at Villanova, Mr. Mosback was a member of the Sports & Entertainment Law Journal and was elected by his peers to serve as a Student Representative to the Honor Board. During his second year of law school, Mr. Mosback completed a judicial internship with the Hon. Juan R. Sanchez of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
In 2007, Mr. Mosback was awarded the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association's James J. Manderino Award for Trial Advocacy.
Prior to joining Powell Trachtman Logan Carrle & Lombardo, Mr. Mosback was an associate with a large regional firm in Philadelphia where he worked on complex litigation matters, focusing on professional liability and products liability, in state and federal courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
