Mr. Mortensen graduated with his Juris Doctor from Whittier Law School, Summa Cum Laude, and Utah State University with a Bachelor of Science in psychology and pre-law with honors. Mr. Mortensen is currently pursuing a Masters in Taxation from Chapman School of Law in Orange County, California. Mr. Mortensen is admitted to practice law in the United States Tax Court, and the Northern, Eastern, Central, and Southern Federal District courts of California, and all California state courts. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Los Angeles Bar Association, Orange County Bar Association, and is a licensed California Real Estate Broker. He was certified by Brain Bench as a Master of Financial Concepts, Financial Industry Knowledge, and Consumer Finance, and was a Licensed Securities Principal and Insurance Agent in Utah and Colorado."Mr. Mortensen's area of expertise is business law, estate planning, and he consults on civil litigation cases in Orange County and Los Angeles County."
