Mullennix, Ronald C

David is Of Counsel to the firm in our Saratoga office, and his practice focuses on public sector labor negotiations, education law, real estate, and arbitration. Prior to joining our firm, he practiced for many years as a sole-practitioner in Albany and Saratoga Springs, where he is a well-known and respected attorney.

As a long-time resident and representative of Saratoga Springs, David has had a distinguished business career, including General Counsel, President and General Manager of Saratoga Raceway. He served as Director of the Harness Tracks of America and The United States Trotting Association and was also a Founder and Director of the Saratoga Convention and Tourism Bureau. Active in the Saratoga community, David has volunteered as an American Cancer Society driver, and he was Director of the Saratoga Chamber of Commerce and the United Way of Northeastern New York. From 1984 through 1997, he served as Trustee and Vice-Chair of the Albany Law School Board of Trustees.
