Muellerleile, Michael J.

Mr. Muellerleile, the founding member of M2 Law Professional Corporation, is a corporate and securities lawyer whose practice focuses on securities, financings, mergers and acquisitions and corporate representation.  Specifically, Mr. Muellerleile focuses his practice in the following areas: mergers and acquisitions, corporate financing transactions including debt and equity offerings, private placements, venture capital financings, registration statements, Exchange Act filings,  corporate formations and drafting and review of corporate agreements.

EDUCATION 
Mr. Muellerleile received his Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University School of Law. Mr. Muellerleile also earned his Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in finance from Pepperdine University Graziadio School of Business and Management and his Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University, Long Beach.

Mr. Muellerleile is licensed to practice law in the State of California and before the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
