Mrozik, Jennifer

As an Associate of White and Williams, Mr. Morgan zealously represents his clients in a wide variety of personal injury and commercial litigation matters.  He is experienced in employment liability matters, contractual indemnification, dram shop litigation, insurance coverage matters, commercial disputes, construction litigation, as well as premises and products liability.  Mr. Morgan is experienced in handling matters through both the trial and appellate phases.

Mr. Morgan received his B.S. in 1996 from Rutgers University and his M.B.A., with honors, in 2004 from Rutgers School of Business - Camden.  He received his J.D. in 2004 from Rutgers School of Law - Camden, where he was a successful finalist in the Hunter Moot Court Competition.  During law school he interned for the Honorable Anne E. Thompson, U.S.D.J.  Upon graduating law school, he served as a law clerk for the Honorable Carol E. Higbee, P.J.Cv. in Atlantic City, where in addition to a full civil docket, he worked on legal issues for the Vioxx, Accutane and Hormone Replacement Therapy mass torts.  Prior to attending law school, he worked for an environmental consulting firm.

Licensed to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, Mr. Morgan is admitted to appear before the Third Circuit and the United States District Courts for the District of New Jersey and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
