Moyers, Jason G.

Mr. Moyers represents insurers, individuals, and businesses in products liability, general liability, and personal injury actions in state and federal courts throughout Virginia. He provides opinions on matters of Virginia insurance law and represents insurers, policyholders, and self-insureds in insurance coverage disputes. In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Moyers has been a frequent writer and speaker on issues relative to Virginia insurance law and civil litigation.

Prior to joining Frankl Miller & Webb, LLP, Mr. Moyers was a partner with Gentry Locke Rakes & Moore, LLP, where he headed the firm’s products liability practice group.
