I have been a member of the Rush County Community since 1996. I am actively involved in organizations within Rush County such as First Presbyterian Church, the Antler Point Ladies Golf League, and P.E.O., an organization devoted to promoting education for women. Our firm opened in the summer of 2010. We are a family-oriented firm. We strive to understand the needs of our clients. Our goal is to obtain the best results for our clients, trying to meet their needs and wishes, while understanding the current economic times. The client makes the final decision on settling a case, no matter the type of case. We prefer to settle cases, believing it is in the client's best interests to settle the case because the client has the control over the outcome if the client settles the case. However, if needed, we will take the case to court and have a trial/hearing, and devote the needed time and resources to the matter to achieve the best results possible for the client.
