Ben C. Morgan is a 1998 graduate of The University of Tennessee School of Law and a lifelong resident of Asheboro. Mr. Morgan has practiced with the firm since 1999. His practice areas include residential and commercial real-estate, district criminal court, traffic, small claims court, collection, and foreclosure matters. In addition to his court appearances, Mr. Morgan regularly represents clients with zoning matters before The Randolph County Commissioners and The City of Asheboro City Council. Mr. Morgan is a Board Member of Regional Consolidated Services and the Asheboro Rotary Club. Mr. Morgan resides in Asheboro with his wife, Megan, and their son Luke. Mr. Morgan and his family are members of The Church of the Redeemer.
