Harold L. Moskowitz is a graduate of Loyola College of Baltimore and the University of Maryland Law School, with over 28 years of experience as a trial lawyer. He has also received a Masters in Law in Taxation from Georgetown National Law Center. He specializes in civil and commercial litigation, with emphasis in partnership, real estate and business disputes. Mr. Moskowitz has had a wide range of experience in Illinois and several other state courts, as well as the Federal courts, in cases ranging from the prosecution and defense of RICO, consumer fraud claims, contract claims, business dissolutions, lease disputes and partnership and other disputes litigation to the prosecution and defense of preference and “fraudulent conveyance” litigation in the Federal courts. Harold L. Moskowitz also has more than 28 years of experience representing the interests of debtors, financial institutions and other creditors, as well as trustees and other participants in complex commercial and consumer bankruptcy proceedings, debt collection, lien enforcement and foreclosures, including experience involving the enforcement and priority of liens, claims and security interests and other commercial matters. As an appellate lawyer, Harold L. Moskowitz has argued cases before the Illinois Appellate Court, the Illinois Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
