Ishai Mooreville is an associate at Baker & Miller, PLLC where his practice focuses on antitrust civil and criminal litigation, including class actions. He has also co-written two amicus briefs in the U.S. Supreme Court concerning international law on behalf of the Governments of the United Kingdom and the Netherlands.
Prior to joining Baker & Miller, Mr. Mooreville clerked for the Honorable Magistrate Judge Cheryl Pollak of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, based in Brooklyn. During his clerkship, he worked on cases related to trademark, healthcare, employment and contract law, among other areas. He graduated cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School in 2009, where he served as an Articles Editor for the Michigan Journal of International Law and Co-President of the International Law Society. During law school he interned for the Department of Justice in the National Criminal Enforcement Section of the Antitrust Division.
Before law school, Mr. Mooreville worked for the World Bank in Washington, DC, where he helped organize anti-corruption training sessions and conferences. Mr. Mooreville received his Bachelor of Arts from Johns Hopkins University, where he majored in International Studies and worked as an editor and reporter for the college newspaper.
