Mr. Mordkoff received a B.A. (Communications) from The State University of New York at Albany (1986), summa cum laude, and his Juris Doctorate from Emory University School of Law, Atlanta, GA (1990).

He is a member of the New Jersey, New York and Connecticut bars, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Mordkoff has 20 years of trial experience. His primary areas of practice are insurance liability defense and workers’ compensation. He is also a volunteer attorney in the American Diabetes Association Advocacy Attorney Network, a New Jersey residential real estate foreclosure mediator, and a trustee on the Wayne Board of Education.
