A native of McMinnville, Tennessee, Ryan J. Moore practices law throughout the mid-state. He graduated with honors from the Nashville School of Law and is a member of the distinguished Cooper's Inn.
A cum laude graduate of Belmont University, Ryan served consecutive years as Student Government Association Class President and President of Belmont's prestigious Student-Alumni Association - the Belmont Ambassadors. While at Belmont, he studied abroad in Hong Kong at Lingnan University, and received the coveted Bruin Award for Leadership Excellence. Upon graduating, he served a three-year term on the Belmont's Board of Regents, as the youngest Regent in the university's history.
Moving back to McMinnville after undergrad, Ryan went to work in his family's 50 year old lumber company, where he led the company's largest expansion in its history and grew sales by more than 25%. He was named National Young Building Material Dealer of the Year and has been published in several construction supply trade publications. While working by day, Ryan went to law school at night, and knows the value of hard work and determination. As a businessman, he understands the challenges that business owners face on a daily basis, and uses his experience to help others.
Active in the community, Ryan serves on the Board of Directors for Main Street McMinnville and is a member of the McMinnville Breakfast Rotary. An advocate for small business, he is a member of the Warren County Chamber of Commerce and the Warren County Home Builders Association. He is also a member of the Tennessee Association for Criminal Defense Lawyers, a member of the Warren County Bar Association, the Dekalb County Bar Association, and attends First Baptist Church in McMinnville.
He is married to his wife Ashley, a native of Mississippi and a graduate of the University of Mississippi.
