Morrissey, Francis P.

In 2007, Frank Morrissey joined Burke, Mahoney & Wise following a career in complex product liability and commercial litigation as a partner at one of Chicago's pre-eminent defense firms.  His practice focuses on product liability and personal injury cases, with extensive expertise in pharmaceutical litigation. Frank also has significant experience in business litigation and commercial disputes. He has obtained favorable jury verdicts in high-stakes litigation and successfully arbitrated and mediated multi-million dollar disputes in jurisdictions around the country.

In 2003, Frank was named one of 40 Attorneys Under 40 to Watch in Illinois by the Chicago Lawyer and Chicago Daily Law Bulletin.  He was named an Illinois "Super Lawyer" by Chicago Magazine and has been elected to the Illinois Society of Trial Lawyers.
