Morris, Paul H.

Ms. Monzo is an associate in the Litigation Department. She focuses her practice in complex civil litigation in the areas of medical malpractice, professional negligence, toxic tort, personal injury and product liability. She is also experienced in the defense of 42 U.S.C. 1983 constitutional claims within the Third Circuit as well as the State of Delaware.

Ms. Monzo received her B.S., cum laude, from the University of Delaware in 2001, and her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in 2004. While attending Villanova, Ms. Monzo served as a judicial extern for United States Magistrate for the District of Delaware, Mary Pat Thynge. She is licensed to practice in Delaware and Pennsylvania. Ms. Monzo is also admitted to appear before United States District Court for the District of Delaware, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals. She is a member of the Delaware Bar Association and Pennsylvania Bar Association.
