Richard W. Moore, Jr. has been practicing law since 1992. Rick graduated from the University of Richmond cum laude in 1984 with a B.S. in Business Administration, concentration in accounting. Recipient of Ernst & Whinney (now Ernst & Young) accounting scholarship and the E. Claiborne Robins School of Business scholarship. Named to Who's Who Among Students in American Colleges and Universities. Passed Certified Public Accountant exam 1987. Law Foundation Scholar, University of Baltimore, 1987. Practice concentrations include immigration law, estate and tax planning, estate administration (probate), real estate and personal injury. Rick enjoys golf, Ravens football, travel, volunteer work and spending time with his two daughters.
