Elizabeth Mooney is an associate in the Litigation/Controversy Department. She joined the firm in 2011.
Practice
Ms. Mooney has a general litigation practice with experience in civil litigation and internal corporate investigations. She has recently represented several medical device manufacturers and a major automobile manufacturer.
Past Experience
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Mooney spent several months volunteering in South Africa at an organization dedicated to combating xenophobia, where she helped refugees to apply for and secure employment. During her time at Northwestern University School of Law, Ms. Mooney worked as a research assistant for professors Len Rubinowitz and Kimberly Yuracko and participated in Northwestern’s Children and Family Justice Center.
Before beginning her legal studies, Ms. Mooney worked in marketing and consulting for non-profit clients in New York City.
