Morgan, John B.

Tony Moore practices corporate and securities law, with a current emphasis on corporate governance and audit committee guidance to CEOs and boards of directors of middle market and growth companies. In addition to advising on traditional M&A and corporate transactions, he provides counsel to a variety of clients seeking solutions to transportation and logistics challenges in the global marketplace.

Tony serves, by appointment of Mayor Frank Jackson, as a principal advisor to the Cleveland Airport System and as a director of the Cleveland-Cuyahoga County Port Authority.

Tony is a member of the board of trustees and Executive Committee, and chair of the Audit Committee, of Ohio Northern University. He also serves as a trustee of Village Capital Corporation.
