Julie F. Montgomery is an associate with the firm. She concentrates her practice in bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, and commercial litigation.
Ms. Montgomery graduated with honors from New York University with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and English Literature. She earned her law degree with Honors from Emory University School of Law in 2010. While in law school, Ms. Montgomery was a Managing Editor of the Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal. During law school, she interned for the Honorable Joseph E. Irenas in the U.S. District Court of New Jersey, and the Office of the United States Trustee in Atlanta, GA
