Moreno, Heliodoro

Mrs. Ficaro is an associate in the Litigation Department.  Her practice includes complex matters involving product liability, premises liability, construction defects, insurance defense and general negligence law.

Mrs. Ficaro received her B.A., cum laude, in 2002 from Saint Joseph's University, where she was Phi Beta Kappa.  She received her J.D. in 2005 from Temple University Beasley School of Law, where she was a member of Temple University's National Trial Team and the Moot Court Honor Society.  Mrs. Ficaro earned the distinction of Best Advocate in the Final Round at the 2005 National Trial Competition Regional Competition and advanced to the quarter-final round at the 2005 National Trial Competition.  Mrs. Ficaro was the 2005 recipient of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers Student Advocacy Award and the Victor A. Jaczun Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy.  She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
