Sarah Mohr is a senior associate in the Securities Department, and a member of the Securities Litigation and Enforcement Practice Group. She joined the firm in 2008.
Practice
Ms. Mohr's practice focuses on securities enforcement and regulatory matters, including internal corporate investigations and securities regulatory investigations, examinations and actions. She has represented public companies and financial institutions under investigation by the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Department of Justice, the US Congress and state attorneys general in a variety of matters.
Ms. Mohr's recent matters have involved representing several global financial institutions in connection with congressional investigations into the 2008 financial crisis; insider trading investigations; investigations into securities lending transactions; and investigations into cross-border banking activities.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Mohr completed an internship with a law office in St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands, where she focused on real estate, corporate, commercial, and international law matters.
