Qusair is a partner at Rathod | Mohamedbhai LLC. He has been an attorney for eight years practicing almost exclusively in the areas of plaintiff’s employment discrimination, civil rights, and criminal defense. He is a National Institute for Trial Advocacy trial skills and techniques teaching faculty member and General Counsel to the Colorado Muslim Society. He advocates for the rights of employees in the workplace, and for the civil rights of all individuals against governmental and institutional abuses of power.
