Nathan is an attorney in the Madison office and a member of the firm's Litigation Practice Group. Nathan is also a member of the firm’s Distressed Real Estate Team and Reorganization, Financial Restructuring and Workouts Team.

Nathan represents clients in a variety of commercial litigation matters and is regularly involved in contract disputes; insolvency and collection matters including foreclosures, replevin, temporary restraining orders, bankruptcies, receiverships, and workouts; negligence and intentional tort actions including fraud, products liability, and theft by contractor; real estate litigation; and Article 9 secured transactions.
