Cristina Molteni represents clients in employment law matters—including wrongful termination, discrimination, disability law, employee privacy, leave of absence claims, wage and hour issues, and class action employment cases.  Cristina also specializes in matters involving prevailing wage laws.  Cristina has conducted training seminars and presentations in Spanish and Portuguese on a broad range of employment law topics.

Prior to joining Rukin Hyland Doria & Tindall, Cristina was the senior associate of a labor and employment firm in the San Francisco Bay Area, where she represented workers in complex and class action litigation in state and federal courts.  Before coming to California, Cristina was a law clerk in the National Labor Court in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and a tenured professor of Labor and Employment Law and Private International Law in Universidade Cândido Mendes, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Cristina is a graduate of Facultad de Derecho y Ciencias Sociales, Universidad de Buenos Aires - Argentina, where she received her J.D., Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de São Paulo - Brazil, where she received her LL.M. in Employment Law, and Golden Gate University School of Law, where she earned her LL.M. in International Legal Studies, with honors.

Cristina is admitted to the State Bar of California and the bars of various federal district courts. Cristina is also admitted to practice in Buenos Aires, Argentina and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Cristina is a member of the Hispanic National Bar Association and the American Bar Association.  She is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese
