Practice
Since joining the firm in October 1999, Mr. Molot has been involved in virtually all aspects of civil litigation, including the commencement of litigation, discovery, pre-trial practice, trial and post-trial proceedings.
Mr. Molot has assisted in two cases that have gone to trial. He was on the trial team in IGEN International, Inc. v. Roche Diagnostics GmbH, a case where the firm secured a jury verdict for IGEN which allowed it to terminate its licensing agreement with Roche (IGEN's key business objective) and also awarded $505 million in damages.
