Moore, Elizabeth A.

Toby Mock is an associate in the Litigation/Controversy Department. He joined the firm in 2010.

Past Experience

During law school, Mr. Mock completed an internship with the Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office, where he worked on homicide and serious felony cases in the criminal gang unit. Prior to that, Mr. Mock served as an intern in NCAA compliance with the Santa Clara University Athletics Department.

Mr. Mock also completed the debtor’s rights clinic at the Katherine and George Alexander Community Law Center.
