Moon, Justin L.

Matthew J. Mitchell attended the University of Florida and graduated as a double-major with Honors in less than four years. Mr. Mitchell went on to attend The Florida State University College of Law in Tallahassee, having completed his legal studies in 2008.

Eager to return to Central Florida to practice law, Mr. Mitchell was an associate at a personal injury law firm in Volusia County from 2008 to 2010. Confronted with an exciting opportunity in South Florida, Mr. Mitchell then secured an associate position at a full-service law firm in Dade and Monroe Counties. Mr. Mitchell is licensed to practice in all Florida state courts and the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida.
 
Realizing that Central Florida was the location he wanted to pursue his long-term professional ambitions, Mr. Mitchell began working at Kaufman, Englett and Lynd in the summer of 2011. Mr. Mitchell is an associate in the Debtor Workout department at KEL and concentrates his practice in the area of unsecured debt litigation.
