Stephen F. Mitchell is a founding partner at Mitchell & Ellis, APLC. Mr. Mitchell graduated from the University of San Diego with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business in 2002. He graduated with his Juris Doctor from Arizona State in Tempe, Arizona in 2006. During law school Mr. Mitchell achieved the highest grade in several of his law school classes. Mr. Mitchell was admitted to the California Bar and began practice in March 2007.
Prior to founding Mitchell & Ellis, APLC, Mr. Mitchell worked in solo practice in the areas of criminal defense and personal injury. He spent several years gaining valuable trial experience working in the area of criminal defense and personal injury. With the goal of solely representing victims of personal injury, Mr. Mitchell established Mitchell & Ellis, APLC. Mr. Mitchell now uses his experience, insight and knowledge gathered from his years as an attorney to maximize settlements for injury victims
