1971, Rossana emigrated to the United States from Lima, Peru at the age of 8 and grew up in Rowland Heights.
In 1981, she began attending the University of California Irvine.
In 1985, After college, she married and relocated to Chino Hills and became a full-time homemaker and mother blessed with two lovely daughters, Marissa and Kelsey. During this time Rossana became heavily involved in school and civic activities, volunteering, and AYSO coach to her then young daughters' soccer team. Rossana's daughters' have grown and now attend U.C.L.A.
These activities later prompted Rossana's interest to run for and subsequently become Chino Valley School Board President and later Chino Hills City Councilwoman.
In 1995, Rossana entered the Western State School of Law. In 2000, Rossana was admitted to the State Bar of California as a practicing attorney. In 2001, Rossana opened her practice in Pomona and later relocated to Chino Hills in 2003. In addition to managing the day-to-day activities of her growing practice and maintaining a reputation of being directly involved in every aspect of her clients' cases Rossana also enjoys dedicating her time to her community and participating in various associations
