Pedro A. Miranda, retired as an U.S. Immigration Judge in Miami. Prior to serving as a U.S. Immigration Judge he served as an Assistant Chief Counsel at the legacy, USINS, Miami, Florida. He is a member of the Puerto Rico and District of Columbia Bars. Mr. Miranda has extensive experience as a civil litigator in federal courts, both at the trial and appellate levels.
