Monteleone, David F.

Mr. Mineau joined the law offices of McKinnon & Harwood, LLC in January 2013. His practice focuses primarily on civil litigation, personal injury, contract and business law, family law, real estate, and probate.

In 2006, Mr. Mineau graduated from Miami University in Oxford, OH and earned a B.A in Political Science. He then attended Roger Williams University School of Law and graduated with a J.D. in 2009. Prior to joining McKinnon & Harwood, Mr. Mineau practiced for several years as an attorney at Kristine S. Trocki, Attorney and Counsellor at Law, LLC in Jamestown, RI.

Mr. Mineau is admitted to practice law in Rhode Island state and federal court. In addition, he is a licensed title agent in Rhode Island. Mr. Mineau serves on both the Technology in the Practice and Title Standards Committees of the Rhode Island Bar Association. In 2010, Mr. Mineau was published in Hofstra’s Journal of International Business and Law for his article entitled “Pirates, Blackwater and Maritime Security: The Rise of Private Navies in Response to Modern Piracy.”
