Practice

Ms. Milnor’s practice has involved a broad range of commercial litigation matters as well as complex federal government investigations. She has represented major corporations in criminal and civil investigations by government agencies, including the Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission and state attorneys general offices.

Recent Highlights

• Conducting an internal investigation into possible FCPA violations of a publicly traded company in Asia
• Represented a major Asia-based manufacturer in connection with an international cartel investigation
• Participated in the internal investigation of an insurance brokerage firm into marketing practices and FCPA compliance in connection with a proposed acquisition
• Conducted FCPA due diligence in connection with various proposed acquisitions
• Represented a class of federal law enforcement agents in a Title VII suit against a US federal agency

Past Experience

During law school, Ms. Milnor completed an internship for the Honorable Colleen McMahon for the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Milnor contributed to the air/energy litigation and transportation policy teams at the Southern Environmental Law Center in Charlottesville, Virginia.
