Lance practices in the firm’s Litigation Section. He is licensed to practice in all State Courts in Texas and New Mexico and the United States District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Texas.

AREAS OF CONCENTRATION

Lance has experience litigating personal injury, oil and gas, and commercial lawsuits.  He has successfully resolved lawsuits through voluntary settlements, alternative dispute resolution (mediation and arbitration) and trial.  Lance devotes a significant portion of his practice prosecuting and defending cases involving claims for personal injury and wrongful death, including oilfield injuries, on-the-job accidents, and automobile accidents.  Lance also prosecutes and defends clients involving oil and gas disputes. He works with a number of insurance companies and their insureds in all aspects of personal injury lawsuits, including claims investigation, pretrial discovery and trial representation.
