Eugenio also has advised U.S. and international corporate clients and financial institutions on regulatory compliance and on the extraterritorial impact of U.S. regulations, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), the USA Patriot Act, and anti-money laundering laws and their interaction with European and Italian legislations. Eugenio has done substantial work in cross-border transactions between the United States and Europe, with an emphasis on Italy.
