J.C. Minko is a counsel in the Corporate Practice Group. He joined the firm in 2000. His practice focuses on corporate and transactional matters with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions in the manufacturing industry.

Practice

Mr. Minko has represented clients in connection with merger, acquisition and divestiture transactions involving both publicly and privately held companies, securities offerings and other commercial transactions. Mr. Minko previously worked for Coopers & Lybrand, LLP as a senior associate in its business assurance practice.

Recent Highlights

Mr. Minko recently helped represent a publicly traded US manufacturer in connection with its acquisitions of a world wide dental imaging business and a US defense contractor.
