C. JAYE TOLLESON MILLS, ESQ. received a B.A., graduating summa cum laude from Harding University in May 1999 and obtained a J.D. and a certificate in dispute resolution from Willamette University College of Law in May 2002. Ms. Mills served as a staff attorney in the Office of the Legislative Counsel in Oregon, where she specialized in criminal, juvenile, and natural resources law. Her practice now includes employment law issues, with a special emphasis on federal sector employment law and administrative investigations for federal agencies. She is also a certified mediator and has volunteered for the Court-Annexed Mediation Program and Metro Volunteer Lawyers. She is a member of the Colorado Bar Association (since 2004), the Colorado Chapter of the Plaintiff Employment Lawyers Association, and an inactive member of the Oregon State Bar (member since 2002).
