Lawrence Minasian practices in the areas of personal injury, workers' compensation, civil litigation and criminal defense. He served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Arthur L. Troast, J.S.C., a judge in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Bergen County, after graduating cum laude from Seton Hall University School of Law. Throughout his career, Mr. Minasian has represented hundreds of plaintiffs in personal injury cases, including wrongful death, motor vehicle, premises liability, worker's compensation, Social Security Disability and medical malpractice claims. Mr. Minasian also handles a volume of Fair Credit Reporting Act cases, civil litigation matters and criminal and municipal court cases, in addition to representing numerous medical providers in the prosecution of PIP arbitrations. Mr. Minasian also has extensive experience defending public housing authorities, governmental agencies and law enforcement officers.
