Diane specializes in workers' compensation. She is a native of Nebraska and started her career with Knudsen, Berkheimer, Richardson & Endacott in 1984. She has an Associates Degree in applied science from Southeast Community College in Lincoln, and has developed excellent computer skills, which she puts to use on a daily basis. Diane is well-versed in all aspects of litigation from discovery through preparation of exhibits for trial. She is experienced in dealing with the rules and regulations governing practice under the Nebraska Workers' Compensation Act from the filing of required forms and notices through the preparation of lump sum settlement documents for court approval. Diane continues to educate herself by attending various seminars concerning practice under the Nebraska Workers' Compensation Act.
