Kathleen M. Mills is an attorney in the Firm’s Litigation and Corporate, Business and Banking groups. Ms. Mills’ practice includes advice and counseling in all employee-related areas. She creates and presents training programs for corporate management and staff, and develops and produces benefits plans, employment policies, procedures, manuals, and handbooks. Ms. Mills manages federal and state Department of Labor (OSHA, MSHA, FLSA, EBSA, ERISA, OWBPA, MWA, WPCA, and UC) matters. She handles federal and state discrimination (Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA), and PHRA) complaints and compliance. She defends clients in administrative agency (EEOC, DoL, DoJ, and PHRC) and federal and state cases.
