Moffett, David B.

RICHARD S. MILLER, was a Captain in the United States Air Force Judge Advocate Corps from 1959-1962. In 1962, he became a partner in Gardner and Williams, predecessor to Williams, Caliri, Miller & Otley, P.C.

For over 40 years, Mr. Miller's practice has been focused on the area of business and financial institutions from a regulatory standpoint.
