Kristen Miller is a graduate of Lehigh University where she received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and Spanish, cum laude. Ms. Miller received her Juris Doctorate from Rutgers University School of Law in Newark, New Jersey where she served as the Articles Editor of the Rutgers Women's Rights Law Reporter and a Research Assistant to Associate Dean emeritus, Bernard Bell. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Miller clerked for the Honorable Virginia A. Long, Associate Justice of the New Jersey Supreme Court. Ms. Miller is admitted to the bars of the State of New Jersey and the United States District Court, District of New Jersey. In addition, Ms. Miller is a member of the American Bar Association, the Bergen County Bar Association, the New Jersey Bar Association, and the New Jersey Association for Justice. Ms. Miller has authored several amicus briefs, including an amicus brief on behalf of the American Association for Justice in Pliva v. Messing, a recent United States Supreme Court case.
