Michael Miller joined Brayton Purcell as an associate in 2010 and is active in the firm’s asbestos litigation practice at our Novato, California office.
Mr. Miller attended law school at the California Western School of Law and graduated in 2009 with his J.D. and earned an Area of Concentration Certificate in Employment Law, with honors. While in law school, he was on the Dean’s List and earned an Academic Achievement award. He also volunteered as a law clerk at the Fair Housing Council of San Diego and earned the Wiley P. Manual Award for Pro Bono Legal Services. Prior to law school, Mr. Miller attended the University of Illinois and graduated in 2003 with a bachelor’s in English Literature and a minor in philosophy.
Prior to joining Brayton Purcell, Mr. Miller worked as a law clerk and then an associate attorney at an employment law defense firm in downtown San Diego.
Mr. Miller is admitted to practice in the state of California and is a member of the Consumer Attorneys of California.
