AREAS OF PRACTICE
Ken Miller attended law school at the University Of Tennessee School Of Law, where he was on the Law Review and won the first Appellate Advocates Moot Court Competition. Graduating in the top 10% of his class, he served a year as Law Clerk for U.S. District Judge Frank Wilson. He then served as an Assistant District Attorney for the 10th Judicial District of Tennessee for 5 years. He entered private practice in 1982 and joined the law firm of Logan and Associates in 1989. He became a shareholder in the firm of Logan - Thompson, P.C. in 1992. His practice is limited entirely to criminal defense law. He has defended all manner criminal cases from petty theft to capital homicide cases.
His hobbies include spending time with his grandchildren, gardening, reading and Carolina shag dancing
