Communication is the key to the success of a client's case and we try to communicate all important issues to our clients so they can make an informed and wise decision. We provide our client's with copies of all documents we receive on their case. We have the latest technology to ensure the most reliable and cost effective methods in legal research and client communication.

I graduated from Regent University School of Law in Virginia Beach, Virginia in May 1993. Regent was an excellent law school that taught law based on the Christian and Biblical viewpoint. I am licensed to practice law in Florida and I have been a member in good standing with the Florida Bar since May 1994. I was an associate attorney practicing family law and divorce for one year in Fort Myers at a family law firm in 2003-2004. I started my own law firm in May 2004, which began operations from home based on funding and it soon expanded into the current law office on Del Prado Blvd. in Cape Coral. Prior to law school I graduated from Florida Bible College in Hollywood, Florida after attending Florida State University in Tallahassee.

The Law Firm of Raymond Mitchell opened its doors to the Lee County community in May of 2004. Attorney Mitchell has practiced Family Law for seven years and began offering bankruptcy services to his clients in 2009.
