Misko, Stephen M.

Deborah Wolf Miller is a graduate of Rutgers College, New Brunswick (1986) and the Rutgers University School of Law, Camden (1989). Deborah served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Donald A. Smith, Jr., Judge of the Superior Court of the State of New Jersey, Law Division, Gloucester County, after graduation from law school.  Deborah was a pupil of the American Inn of Court #111, The Camden Inn, from September, 1990 through February, 1992, while working with an insurance defense litigation firm in New Jersey. Deborah moved to New York in 1996, has worked as part-time counsel to the Chenango County Department of Social Services, and has devoted 14 years to the private practice of law in upstate New York.  Deborah has just joined the firm of Shaw & Murphy, PLLC as an associate in 2012. 

Deborah is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3^rd Circuit, U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York. 

She is also a member of the Tompkins County Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the Finger Lakes Women's Bar Association, and serves as the Continuing Legal Education Chair for the Finger Lakes Women's Bar Association.   

She has experience in Civil Litigation, Estate Planning and Administration, Not-for-Profit corporate governance, Taxation, and Bankruptcy.
